「标签页位置控制 Tab Position Controller」(下称"本扩展")尊重并保护用户隐私。本扩展不收集、不存储、不向任何服务器传输任何个人身份信息、浏览记录或网页内容。它完全离线工作,运行期间不发起任何网络请求,不含任何分析、统计或追踪组件。

数据如何在本机处理

标签页的地址与标题仅在您的浏览器本地被临时读取,用于实现您设置的功能:新标签页定位、关闭后激活、网址规则匹配、按标题/网址排序。比对即时完成,不落盘、不外传、不用于任何画像。
您的设置保存在本机 chrome.storage.local,并可通过 Chrome 自带的账号同步机制(chrome.storage.sync)在您自己的设备间同步;该通道由 Google 按其隐私政策处理,本扩展无法接触该通道之外的信息。
扩展的运行状态(各窗口标签顺序、最近使用记录)仅保存在本机内存型存储 chrome.storage.session,不随账号同步,浏览器关闭即自动清空。

权限用途

权限	用途
`tabs`	读取标签页的位置、活动/固定/分组状态、地址与标题,用于:按您的设置移动新标签页;关闭活动标签后切换焦点;在本地匹配网址规则;按标题/网址排序标签页。全部处理在本地完成。
`storage`	在本地保存您的设置,并(可选)经 Chrome 内置账号同步在您自己的设备间同步;在本机内存中临时保存扩展运行状态(随浏览器关闭清空)。

数据共享与留存

我们不与任何第三方共享、出售或传输数据。除上述本机存储外无任何数据留存;运行状态随浏览器关闭自动清空,删除扩展即彻底删除全部设置。

"Tab Position Controller" (the "extension") respects your privacy. The extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, browsing history, or web content to any server. It works fully offline, makes no network requests at runtime, and contains no analytics or tracking components.

How data is handled locally

Tab URLs and titles are temporarily read locally in your browser only, to implement the features you configure: tab positioning, post-close activation, URL rule matching, and sorting by title/URL. Matching is instant — nothing is written to disk, nothing leaves your device, and no profiling happens.
Your settings are stored locally via chrome.storage.local and can sync between your own devices through Chrome's built-in account sync (chrome.storage.sync); that channel is operated by Google under its own privacy policy, and the extension cannot access anything beyond it.
The extension's runtime state (per-window tab order, recently-used records) lives only in local in-memory storage (chrome.storage.session). It is never synced and is cleared automatically when the browser closes.

Permissions

Permission	Why it is needed
`tabs`	Read tab positions, active/pinned/group states, URLs and titles in order to: move new tabs to the position you chose; restore focus after an active tab is closed; match URL rules locally; and sort tabs by title or URL. All processing is local.
`storage`	Save your settings locally and optionally sync them via Chrome's built-in account sync across your own devices; keep the extension's transient runtime state in local memory (cleared on browser close).

Sharing and retention

We do not share, sell, or transmit any data to third parties. No data is retained beyond the local storage described above; runtime state is cleared when the browser closes, and uninstalling the extension removes all settings completely.
